Black Ultem Taifun BTD RDA by Taifun

The Taifun BTD RDA is a bottom feed capable rebuildable dripping atomizer that has a number of innovative design features that not only provides fantastic flavour and vapour output, but also keeps the stainless steel cap set very cool and minimizes leaking out of the air holes when over dripping or over squonking.

This Black Ultem variant of the Taifun BTD comes with a Black Ultem cap, rather than the standard stainless steel cap. This Black Ultem cap design was a very rare upgrade component that was produced in very low quantities in the beginning, and a new production run of these caps have just been produced for this release.

Featuring 4x downward angled air flow intake holes, the Taifun BTD can be used as either a MTL RDA or a wide open unrestricted lung hit atomizer.

Featuring a unique liquid flow channel to reduce chances of liquid creeping up to the air holes, plus the downward angled air holes results in a fairly leak resistant RDA design that is difficult to over-squonk and over-drip.

The interior of the cap is upgraded from a heat reflective Ultem lining to a PCTG lining instead, to reflect heat away from the cap, resulting in a very cool experience, despite being a stainless steel cap. Chain vaping does not cause this cap to become excessively hot, and minimal heat is transferred to the user's lips.

An ultra side bore friction fit ergonomic drip tip is included with the Taifun BTD, which allows for great air flow as well as allows for easy dripping direct into the drip tip.

Internal locators in the cap allows the cap to stop at two points on the deck, making it easier to remove the deck from your atomizer, even if you over tighten it. Turned completely one way, the air holes completely close, allowing for leak-free transport. Turning it completely the other way allows for only one air hole to be open on each side, providing a restricted direct lung hit.

The deck features a total of four coil leg trap points along its two poles, allowing for easy coil builds, and the ability to install single or dual coil builds. Users can get creative in builds using either horizontal or dual coil builds.

All of these great features combined with the fantastic German engineering that Taifun is known for, results in an incredible RDA.

ATTENTION: The positive terminal of the Taifun BTD has a length of approximately 4.2mm. We ask you to make sure that the BTD is only used on battery carriers with spring-loaded or adjustable positive poles, as there is a risk that it will otherwise not get in contact and cannot be used.

Note: The Taifun BTD comes pre-lubricated with a thin layer of VG on the o-rings. This is NOT machining oil. You may build and vape directly off this if you wish. The VG is applied during assembly to prevent tearing or cutting the o-rings when dry.

WARNING: It is highly recommend that you fully clean out this product before the first time you use it. While the factory does a decent job at removing dust, shavings, machining lubricants and greases, there is still the potential for trace elements to remain, and it is best recommended that you do an additional cleaning to meet your standard of cleanliness.
