NO-OX-ID A-Special 2oz Jar by Sanchem Inc.

NO-OX-ID "A-Special" is the ideal conductive grease for your personal vaporizers and mods, particularly in mechanical mods and any high current discharge applications. Also fully applicable in regulated mods, NO-OX-ID aids in personal vaporizer performance by reducing voltage sag while stabilizing voltage output to the atomizer. The end result is harder and more consistent hits from one drag to the next, while minimizing the need for regular maintenance of the contacts. Application of NO-OX-ID to threads and electrical conductive points aids in reducing carbon build up caused by arcing, minimizes arcing to almost non-existence, and also eliminates oxidation at these contact points, particularly in copper and copper-based alloys such as brass and bronze.

Oxidation and carbon build up are the primary causes of poor/weak hits, high battery consumption, and heat build up at switches. With NO-OX-ID, these issues are eliminated.

If you care at all about having the maximum performance out of your personal vaporizers and mods, then NO-OX-ID A-Special is a MUST HAVE for your tool kit!

NO-OX-ID is designed to be used on electrical contacts between metal surfaces, especially between dissimilar metals that can be rapidly compromised in the presence of oxygen, water, salts, pollutants, and other oxidizing agents.

NO-OX-ID "A-SPECIAL" is the electrical contact grease of choice in new RoHS Compliant electrical installations and maintenance because of its excellent performance in keeping metals free from corrosion. This electrical grease has been used for over 65 years to prevent corrosion in electrical connectors from low micro-power electronics to high voltage switchgear. This conductive grease prevents the formation of oxides, sulfides and other corrosion deposits on copper and aluminum surfaces and conductors can be prevented with its use.

The purpose of a electrical contact lubricant is to prevent corrosion and lubricate the connection for easier maintenance. NO-OX-ID "A-Special" electrical grease prevents corrosion attack on all metal surfaces. Attack can come from battery acid, salt, moisture and various industrial chemical vapors in the environment. When this conductive paste is used on aluminum connectors in joints, NO-OX-ID "A-Special" prevents the reformation of oxide films, which cause high resistance and subsequent failures.

NO-OX-ID A-Special conductive grease is recommended by connector manufacturers for trouble-free joint connections. When nuts, mounting bolts, and cotter keys are coated with NO-OX-ID "A-Special", they will never rust or freeze assuring you easy, troublefree removal. NO-OX-ID "A-Special" should be used wherever the formation of a corrosive product will effect the proper functioning of the metal surface. This electrical contact grease is easily applied, easily removed, and gives long lasting reliable performance even on dissimilar metals.

NO-OX-ID is the best-kept secret in the electrical industry and it has essential applications in the automotive, trucking and boating world too. It is an anti-oxidation compound (a conductive grease substance) that electricians use on electrical connections, as well as conduit connections, and other places where copper and/or aluminum join, which are exposed to the elements and need lasting protection.

NO-OX-ID A-Special prevents corrosion and keeps resistance in the connection low which translates directly into a cooler more efficient and reliable connection, especially in high current applications like your battery posts, alternator terminals, high output headlight/driving light wiring, high watt stereos, winches, etc., which means brighter lights, louder stereo, even longer winching times, because you are not wasting power
through a poor connector.

Application

NO-OX-ID "A-Special" is applied as it comes from the container, using a cotton swab, brush or rag.

NO-OX-ID "A-Special" should rubbed onto the metal thoroughly to absorb all moisture and to insure coverage of all irregularities on the surface. Coating thickness depends on the extent to which areas are exposed to the corrosive influence, but for most personal vaporizer applications, only a very thin coat is required for NO-OX-ID to perform, and to minimize dust/gunk/grime build up.

Do NOT apply an excessively thick layer of NO-OX-ID on to your contact surfaces for personal vaporizer usage. Only an ultra thin layer is required. "Less is more", and putting too much on to the surface is not good.

Points of Application

NO-OX-ID "A-Special" should be used at all joins where electrical current will pass through. Such points include:

  • Battery contact terminals
  • Battery cap threading
  • Battery height adjustment pin threading
  • Switches at the gate close point
  • Ground connections that connect a chassis ground to your battery terminals/chipset ground
  • 510 connection points

Note: While NO-OX-ID A-Special is USDA approved and considered "food safe", we do not know what the effects on the human body are if a user were to directly vape this grease. We urge extreme caution in this regard, and express avoidance in applying NO-OX-ID to any areas of liquid feed path, such as within the 510 connectors of bottom feed / squonk mods, or inside atomizers themselves. We can only recommend applying this grease to battery connection points and other switch points that are away from liquid feed paths. Vapes by Enushi holds no liability nor responsibility should illness or harm should come to a user due to vaping directly off this grease.

It works, it doesn't perform miracles but it works.
